Having resided in the area for over 30 years, I began working in Real Estate in 2005. Between my knowledge of the area and desire to help people, I quickly became on of the top producing real estate agents in the area. I have been recognized by the ERA National Franchise receiving the Beyond Excellence Award in 2011 & 2012 plus the Best All Around Relocation Agent in 2012 and 2013. I have been able to help hundreds of military families relocate to the area in addition to finding personal enjoyment in helping someone purchase their 1st home. My service is to offer professional advice and to educate buyers and sellers on the market as well as assist families in buying or selling of their home. My List to Sales ratio is 98% to 99%, the average percent for agents on expired listings is 25%, mine is 15%. Average sales rate for agents in the MLS of their own listings is 29%, mine is 45%. I sold 42 homes in 2013 in a down market and maintain on average about 12 to 15 listings. My primary areas of service include Moore, Lee, Cumberland and Harnett counties.
