A parametric loudspeaker system using improved modulators to compensate for the non-linearity of the parametric process in air when driving the air at saturation levels and below saturation levels. The parametric loudspeaker uses a pre-processed single sideband modulator that offers ideal linearity as characterized by square root pre-processed double sideband modulators but with a lower carrier frequency and without the wide bandwidth requirements. By eliminating some or all of the lower sideband the carrier frequency can be reduced without producing sideband frequencies in the audible range. Lower operational frequencies result in greater translation efficiency and greater output capability before reaching the saturation limit of air. A pre-processor minimizes the effects of saturation limits for double sideband, truncated double sideband or single sideband processing to achieve superior output.

A bottle washing apparatus for effectively washing the inside of bottles that are coated with solid particulate residue. The apparatus includes a fixed portion that connects to a conventional faucet and an elongated closed ended hollow shaft that is provided with a plurality of small orifices. A second closed ended hollow shaft concentrically overlies the first shaft and is rotationally affixed thereto. The second shaft is provided with a plurality of smaller orifices that are tangential with the circumference of the shaft so that when water pressure is applied to the fixed portion, water passes through the orifices in the first shaft and then through the tangential orifices of the second shaft causing the second shaft to rotate at a high rate of speed while discharging the water in needle-like streams under high pressure. When the rotating shaft is placed into a small mouth bottle with deposits of reside on the inside surface, such as a baby formula residue, the combination of the high pressure discharge and high speed rotation provide a highly efficient and effective washing action.

A novel metallized film capacitor is contemplated. The capacitor includes a first film and a second film. Each of the first film and second film have a metallized layer added. Each of the metallized layers includes alternating metallized sections and margin sections. The outermost sections on one film are metallized sections, while the outermost sections on the other film are margin sections. This pattern and proper sizing of the sections creates overlap regions where a metallized section from one film overlaps a metallized section from the other film. These overlap regions create sub-capacitors that give the capacitor low inductance while allowing for high current and high voltage.
