Tom is currently a Director of Townhouses for The Corcoran Group. He advises clients on the purchase, sale or rental of extraordinary townhomes in Manhattan. His experience ranges from multifamily row houses to exquisite limestone mansions. He has successfully sold or rented over 125 townhouses and small buildings during the course of his career. These transactions are complex and oftentimes lengthy. They require persistence, patience and an objective expertise. Tom has won such coveted awards as: Top Producer of the Year in the Carnegie Hill office for The Corcoran Group many times; and Membership in the Presidents Council. He is a Member of the Carnegie Neighborhood Association. Tom offers his clients an ability to understand the value of their asset, due to his vast experience with these properties through many market cycles.
