Tim’s background provides the essential tools to make him one of the top leading real estate brokers in the area. Tim uses a helicopter to photograph and compile video of property listing and compiles YouTube videos to get your property noticed on the internet. He graduated from Western Washington University with a B. S. Degree (major emphasis on economics); attended Seattle University working on a master in business administration; Edmonds Community College studying Construction Management and Business law; and completed the paralegal studies at Skagit Valley College. He was the engineer-construction supervisor for a major international corporation supervising 119 team players; a Washington State Licensed General Contractor for 14 years building single and multi-family residences, commercial buildings, and building renovation; certified hazardous materials abatement contractor with the State of Washington. Tim was featured in the National Real Estate Magazine “Realtor Today” for his ability to sell hard to sell properties. The magazine presented a full page article on Tim.
