I've been working in real estate since the mid 90's. I started in commercial acquisitions & development in Los Angeles, CA. I migrated East to the Kansas City metro where I have owned & managed a full service real estate brokerage since '06 that specializes in residential & commercial sales & acquisitions. In 2012 I started mlsGIANT LLC (dba Flat Fee Giant) that serves the property sellers that don't want to use the conventional channels to sell their home. We recognize that there are plenty of people who don't have real estate licenses & professional credentials that can understand marketing, contracts & how to successfully close a deal....we just provide the marketing and basic support to make that happen for them. I believe that to make it as a professional in the real estate market you need to be able to offer services that meet the demands of changing marketplace. If the percentage of FSBO sales are increasing, we need to have a product to provide them.
