Tracy Shively has always enjoyed consulting with buyers and sellers in their real estate ventures and she feels strongly that the real estate process is more than numbers, trends, and “comps”. It is the interaction with people and helping them manage their real estate and property needs. It is the same spirit and energy she has found at Net Real Estate, LLC and why she feels so strongly about their mission and meeting the needs of their clients. Tracy Shively began her real estate sales career in 1988 with a small custom builder in Montgomery County, Maryland. In 1992, she joined Brookfield Homes, a large national builder/developer as a sales agent. Over her career there, she rose through the company holding progressively more senior positions culminating in her promotion to Division Manager. During her tenure, she worked with developers, homeowners, lenders, and local jurisdictions including Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun and Arlington Counties in Virginia and Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in Maryland. In 1999, she co‐founded a home building company. Its main focus was the acquisition and development of infill lots and properties inside and around the beltway. Since then, she has acquired and managed her own real estate portfolio; buying, managing, and selling properties as well as subdividing lots for new construction and improving existing homes for resale and lease. Real Estate is Tracy’s passion. As broker of Net Real Estate, LLC she brings expertise and personal attention to all clients that walk through the door. She has always enjoyed consulting with buyers and sellers in their real estate ventures and she feels strongly that the real estate process is more than numbers, trends, and “comps”.
