Having sold properties that are under $100,000 and over $1,000,000, I am very familiar with all types of homes and neighborhoods. I have consistently built my real estate knowledge by attending seminars and gaining new accreditations. An Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), I have learned how best to represent buyers, stage homes for sellers, and negotiate well on behalf of both.
