Philosophy:
As a Somatic Psychotherapist my assessment and treatment style incorporates not only how one thinks, but how one lives in their body. My practice is solution focused, with Dialectic Behavior practices of Mindfulness, and relaxation skills that encourage greater ease in the adjustments and transitions of life. Currently I am active helping the growing population of boomers adjust to the challenges of aging, at times incorporating mental health, substance abuse and chronic pain issues.
