My experience in this area has given me strength in the areas of planning • multitasking • customer support • and general computer skills. Driving - My secondary job in the military is a motor transport operator. I have been trained on many different types of vehicles to include cargo vans • 2 ton and 5 ton trucks • tractor and trailers • and forklifts. While overseas I operated vehicles for long periods of time under extreme circumstances with no accidents or incidences. General Labor - Both the military and working as a construction laborer have helped me become resilient and hard working. My work ethic has been set to push through stress and fatigue to accomplish any goal set before me. People Skills and Communication - My experience as a waiter • my service in the military • and my overall personality is very people oriented. I feel I am easy to talk to and approach. I have experience in helping others and have taken college courses on public speaking. General First Aid - I attended a "combat lifesaver" course while in the military that taught me basics about CPR • hot and cold weather injuries • rescue breathing • and other severe injuries.
